New CCD Kindergarten Program

      In case you haven’t heard, we will soon be starting an optional program for children in kindergarten to attend CCD. The goal of this program is to give those in kindergarten a fun and safe environment in which to begin learning about their faith. Starting this January, we are encouraging interested parents to drop their children off at the gym on Wednesday evenings. A basic informational form will need to be filled out, however, there will be no cost for this program and attendance is completely optional.

      The core of the curriculum that we will be using is called “Veggie Tales Kids’ Worship” and focuses on the stories of Moses and Jesus. The program will feature music, skits, video clips, stories from the Bible, and more. This will enable us to begin teaching the students the basics of our faith in a fun and exciting manner.

      We are in the process of finalizing the details and are looking for volunteers to help out with the program. Namely, we are in need of adults or teens that have been confirmed and are willing to act as teacher’s aids.
