Hear the Call From God

    “It is very good Jesus, You will come, but like You can see, I am doing very well. I am following the commandments, everything else I try to put together to work, I realize all my duties every day, and I even have an Advent resolution. I have an idea, I will build a manger for You and You will be placed in the middle”. If I think like this, I have already made my decision towards You, Jesus. I like You only, and I need You to be my Christmas decoration.     

    Things happen, but I take them as my responsibilities. I might lose my sharpness and focus on Jesus. His coming will not be necessary for me because I count on myself. “I don’t really need You Jesus, because ‘something’ is missing from my life”.

    Advent becomes a message, which has a lot of warmth and joy. We are waiting for the coming of the Son of God. People through the centuries were looking for hope for their present and future times. They were looking for justification. Darkness turned to bright light, gilt was exchanged for grace-grace of God, Adam’s sin for salvation. God announced

Divine Mercy for all nations.

    If I try to notice my weaknesses in my spiritual life, I will start to build my life with Him. I will stop at the truth and discover, life without God leads me to condemnation, to darkness. When I hear the call from God in my heart, this is the beginning of Advent in my Spiritual life. If I do experience a lot of my weaknesses, I wake up my desire and my longing for Christ.
